First night of good sleep in quite a while, determined to make the most of Sunday. Made three loaves of bread (two white, one wheat), four quarts of chicken soup and Katherine Hepburn's brownies. Also, found time to work out for 35 minute (400 calories burned) and a few squats, ab crunches and a spin on the
gravitron. Got to to barbecue and still played with the kids. However, still needed help going to sleep.

Two eggs and a rasher of bacon at Whole Foods (they have a breakfast bar)
Lunch:
Scrambled Eggs
and My Bread with Butter
Postworkout Snack
6 oz. Stonyfield Plain Yogurt
Super Chunky Peanut Butter
Dinner:
Steak Tips, Broccoli
Barbecue Bok Choy
