Amaingly, the heat wave continued and I took myself to the gym. Though I did 40 minutes on the elliptical, and I started to feel not so great so I didn't push it on the weights and stuff. If figured you're not supposed to push yourself when it's hot. So I took myself home to the air conditioning and had two or three lunch entrees. Then, to the pool, and home for a high-
carb and red meat dinner. No peanut butter today.
